Job Description: Combat Targeteer/Cyber/All- Source Analyst



Description:

Cyber (JFHQ-C) Directorate of Intelligence (J2) Joint Intelligence Support Element (JISE), plans, coordinates, integrates, and synchronizes full spectrum analysis and production of intelligence to support JFHQ-C s ability to direct operations and support full spectrum military cyberspace operations in order to enable actions in all domains, ensure US/Allied freedom of action in cyberspace, and deny the same to our adversaries. SAIC seeks a Targeteer to provide a broad range of targeting support to JFHQ-C J2 JISE, Fort Gordon GA. SAIC seeks a Targeteer to assist with various aspects of cyber targeting, to include target systems analysis, target materials production, targeting board support, collateral effects estimate, operational planning, and execution of joint fires in support of JFHQ-C cyber mission.



Job Duties Include:



Supports OCO target nomination, de-confliction, and planning throughout the Joint Operation Planning Process (JOPP)





Prepares, coordinates, and disseminates Electronic Targeting Folders (ETFs), mission packages, and supporting documentation.





Provides advice to leadership on all aspects of joint targeting and all principles of the Joint Targeting Cycle





Synchronizes and implements targeting methodologies and prioritization methods with stakeholder





Coordinates targeting strategy development and engagement responsibilities with components, subordinate s commands, and supporting command





Facilitates preparation of and participate in the Joint Targeting Working Group (JTWG), Joint Targeting Coordination Meeting (JTCM), and Joint Targeting Coordination Board (JTCB) as a targeting SME.





Monitors and facilitates targeting lists at the basic and intermediate level





Researches, evaluates, correlates, analyzes, integrates, and interprets information from multiple intelligence and operational sources of target systems analysis and cyberspace planning.





Correlates threat data from various sources using IC databases, research tools, and systems for targeting and collection with specific emphasis on network operations and cyber warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures





Analyzes network components to understand data flow, architecture, protocols, and weaknesses.





Acts as a liaison between Fires and Intel regarding the targeting process





Prepares and present briefings





Applicants with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:



Active TS//SCI Security Clearance (greater consideration for candidates with an active CI Polygraph)





Targeting/All Source analytic skills with a strong understanding of classified research tools.





Experience in Combat Targeting in direct support to operations

7-10 years of relevant targeting experience





Developing professional targeting products





Ability to identify and analyze problems and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with various elements of DoD.





Knowledge of current agency tools and databases





Providing direct customer support.





Ability to multi-task, work effectively with limited supervision, and respond to short-notice tasking





Knowledgeable in the use of Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) interfaces such as National Production Workshop (NPW) and Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT).





Additional preferred education and experience:



Joint Intermediate Target Development Course (JITD)





Experience in other intelligence disciplines.





Technical understanding in the areas of network operations, network mapping, network protocols, network topology architectures, network exploitation of specific protocols and technologies, and target research





Qualifications:

Education and Experience Requirement:



Bachelor s degree 5-7+ yrs. experience, or additional years' experience in lieu of a degree.



Clearance Requirement:



Active TS//SCI Security Clearance (greater consideration for candidates with an active CI Polygraph) Can schedule a poly for right candidate
