Job Description



The Level III – Cyber Security role is focused on managing Cyber Security applications, performing remediation of security threats, reporting on these events and training the end users on best practices to protect company assets. This role will also be tasked with Developing and deploying Hardened OS images using SCCM as well as serving as a backup role for Level I and Level II coworkers


  • Management of deployed Cyber Security software related to the Helpdesk Role
  • Remediation of Cyber Security incidents identified by assigned applications
  • Escalation of incidents to Level III and documenting of all Incident reports
  • Develop departmental training sessions to educate teams on Cyber Awareness
  • Develop blind training effectiveness tests for all employees
  • Working with Team to develop and maintain Hardened OS Deployments using SCCM
  • Monitoring Logs for Policy Violations
  • Provide backup for the Level 1 and Level II positions


  • Associate Degree in IT Discipline or Minimum 5 yrs. in similar role required
  • Proven knowledge in identifying Cyber risks and remediation
  • Strong IT skills including knowledge of hardware, software, and network technologies
  • Strong understanding of most common Cyber vulnerabilities
  • Maintaining awareness and knowledge of standard practices, procedures and methods.
  • Critical thinking skills, problem-solving aptitude with Forensic approach to role
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT system
  • Crowdstrike, Meraki Systems Manager and SCCM Experience a plus
  • CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) and/or ====IH (GIAC Certified Incident Handler) a plus
