Can you envision being a key player on the Communications and Information Technology Services (CITS) program in Stuttgart, Germany? CITS represents IT transformation and innovation on a large project with the shared objective to sustain and optimize mission critical operations and provides full life-cycle O&M and Engineering support to EUCOM and AFRICOM. We are seeking Cyber Security Analysts in Stuttgart, Germany. The Cyber Security Analyst is responsible for developing cyber security programs, processes, policies, and procedures.

    • Knowledgeable of security and systems standards, Access Management, Authorization/ Permissions Management, Network Protocols, System management applications, and System & Network Security
    • Privileged Access Management Experience with CyberArk, including working with components such as Enterprise HA Vaults, CPMs, accounts, policies, safes, and usages
    • Experience working with account management on various platforms such a Windows, Unix, Active Directory, LDAP, network devices, databases and storage systems.
    • Experience with Domain of Identity & Access Management Services with technical expertise in the implementation and operations of Privilege Identity tool
    • Experience with implementing/integrating CyberArk with Active Directory and other account management services
    • Implementation of CyberArk related use cases for the adoption of new technology, standards and processes.
    • Experience troubleshooting applications and scripts by accessing and analyzing logs on Unix and Windows servers.
    • Remediate failures of password rotations, password malfunctions, account creations, account changes, scheduling, etc.
    • Work with peers throughout client to collect input on needed security capabilities
    • Ability to co-ordinate with multiple technical teams and government representatives
    • Communicating clearly, precisely in order to solve problem and innovate
    • Understanding product security's 'big picture' and diving into small details
    • Direct implementations and serve as primary POC for CyberArk O&M
    • Establish clear definition of clients’ implementation responsibilities and CyberArk’s responsibilities with each client

Responsibilities:




Provides Tier II & III technical expertise on post event network security logs and trend analysis. Mentors and helps provide direction and on the job training to more junior positions.
  • Pinpoints location of compromised systems and devices. Uncovers security and compliance violations. Detects the full spectrum of known cyber attacks (e.g., DDoS, malware, phishing, others). Identifies and analyzes intelligence information about threats to customer’s information processing systems.
  • Associates and correlates IP address related events with specific systems or devices in the IT infrastructure. Correlates events from the various components in the IT security infrastructure and identifies attacks and breaches.
  • Conducts cyber incident and event monitoring. Associates and correlates events and security incidents with individuals and their role and organization. Associates and correlates assets with dynamically assigned IP addresses over time.

  • Develops and implements plans for continuous monitoring that ensures management and operational controls are functioning effectively. Researches hackers, hacker techniques, vulnerabilities and exploits. Provides detailed briefings and intelligence reports to executive leadership.
  • Works with customer, software developers, network & system administrators, and others to ensure that security requirements are implemented and understood. Reviews output from Cyber Security Engineers to verify and ensure that it is readable, understandable, and appropriate for the task and intended audience.
  • Identifies security requirements for systems based on NIST SP 800-53 and the Risk Management Framework.
  • Create, reviews, or updates System Security Plans, Risk Assessments, Incident Response Plans, Configuration Management Plans, and other plans and artifacts required by FISMA and the A&A process.
  • Provides strong technical leadership and project management skills. Presents findings in meetings, and follows-up with staff on action items.
  • Conducts due diligence work to evaluate the status and needs of a program. Performs a gap analysis to help determine what is needed for successful transition. Perform research on current and innovative systems security techniques and methodologies and recommend solid solutions.

Qualifications:




Required:
  • Understand NIST 800 series of Special Publications, disaster/contingency planning, risk assessment, and the NIST Risk Management Framework.
  • Education: Bachelors' degree or 11 years' experience; Masters' degree, preferred
  • Certification: IAT Level III - CISSP
  • Security Clearance: Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI
  • Must be able to obtain TESA
