Information Technology

ManTech is actively seeking a Cyber Security (TTP) Analyst eager to secure the future supporting mission critical programs and solving some of the toughest problems critical to our great Nation's security.

Active DoDTS/SCI clearance required

Location:Marine Corps Information Operations Center, Quantico

Gov tFacility: 100% on-site

Travel: May berequired to travel up to 25% of the time.

Job Description:

Serve as TTP Developer and Trainer of Cyber Threat Survivability Tactics

Develop, test, and deliver TTPs for the following: Vulnerability Mitigation with Mission Resiliency; Detection, Diagnosis and Remediation of Cyber Threats;Forensic Analysis; Mitigating Impacts of Cyber Attacks- Limit Cascading Effects; Systems Recovery of Operational and Specialized Environments

Support project test planning, development of project TTP, to include theintegration, training, testing, analysis, evaluation, and reporting of the Cyberspace TTP effectiveness

Coordinate with Team leadership, Tactics Analyst, Tech Editor and Illustratorfor development of briefings, conduct of joint working and writing groups, testreports, and delivery of the draft Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) and training support packages

Develop TTP s based on existing procedures and address cyber threat detection combined survivability countermeasures and maneuvers to mitigate enemy cyber attacks, intrusions, and threats

Support CPT Test and Evaluation (T&E) and other activities to improve cyber security for various MC/DC I organizations and missions

Develop methods to improve the security of networks, platforms, and data

Conduct research and tests, prepares studies, and leads analyses of cyber environments

Experienced subject matter experts who support all phases of T&E

Understand the importance of network traffic and system baselines,vulnerability and risk analysis, and rule sets for effective alarm thresholds and threat detection and prevention

Have expertise with a variety of open-source, vendor, and specialized environments, including critical infrastructure systems and associated protocols

Expert in identifying issues and explaining complex processes into actionable steps

Develop/conduct military operations in the cyber domain, supportingC2/Cyberspace interoperability to enhance collaboration between internal and external organizations

Test and identify risks/vulnerabilities to key applications within cyberspace

Manage database for providing policy, evaluation of hardware and software, and testing solution processes

Mentor and train on processes and procedures, documenting best practices and standardized levels of support

Record and report metrics to ensure internal and external organizations meet policies and service level information management agreements

Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of software applications

Requires Bachelor s degree (in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field) or equivalent, and ten to twelve years of related experience.
