Lead DBA - Cloud Engineering
Work you'll do
•Daily system monitoring to ensure 24X7 availability of Oracle Exadata databases and Oracle ExaLogic applications.
•Day-to-day support of multiple Production and non-production environments
•Troubleshooting of issues and DB and application side performance tuning
•Code deployments via Stat and manually via SQL plus
•Automation of repeatable tasks
•Support and implement high availability and disaster recovery for databases using Oracle RAC, Oracle Data Guard, OEM 12c/13c, and Golden Gate
•Perform backup and recovery procedures using RMAN
•As a member of DBA team, participate in on-call rotation providing 24X7 on weekly basis
•Oracle Database Administrator with 12 or more years of experience
•4+ years of experience working with Exadata / SuperCluster engineered systems
•Experience with patching, upgrading, capacity management and planning with Exadata/SuperCluster including Grid/ASM, OS and storage software as well as Oracle RDBMS
•Experience working on large multi node RAC cluster based database systems with more than 40TB of data
