Job title : Business systems analyst (IVR specialist)


Duration : 6 month (Contract to hire)

Looking for top quality candidates that would be interested in conversion upon contract completion. Must be familiar with SAFe framework, able to use SQL/PSQL to query stored relational information, ability to perform manual application testing of an IVR based customer service environment, adept and working with business partners to create user stories and understand their processes, health care or health insurance background and experience preferred

    • Looking for a well-rounded candidate who can serve 3 different Analyst roles

    • Role is open on an existing Scrum team – IVR offering (automated call system)



Skills




    • Testing of an IVR experience – Genesis, front end is WDE client

    • Automation testing of any kind of an IVR



Currently doing complete manual testing of the IVR




    • Healthcare is a plus

    • More of a technical resource – SQL server knowledge, PL/SQL (Oracle), needs to be able to prove the accuracy of the testing by grabbing data


  • Typical day


    • Daily standups, working on different test cases during the day

    • Heavily involved in a migration

    • Moving to a new Enterprise solution


      • Migration is kicking off mid to end of March


    • New system learning, this person will start on the ground floor of the migration

    • 7-4pm, 8-5pm, 9-6pm

    • Interact with the business and understands business processes

    • IVR is an enterprise solution (currently using the old IVR solution, Genesis), one of the few departments still using the old


      • No new hardware for migration

      • New and old IVR are Genesis, new one is heavily customized




It’s more of a lift and shift from an old IVR to the new IVR system.

    • Has BA and SA on team, can cross train


  • It’s an enterprise type solution that they work on - IVR, sits in the Federal Employee Program


    • Do the actual testing, meets with business to work with them

    • No development on his team at this time
