Description:

The TA Data and Reporting Analyst plays an integral role in driving the success of our Recruiting team. The person in this role will prioritize, plan, and lead reporting initiatives after assessing current state, identifying gaps, and seeking opportunities to improve the overall process. This role uses business strategy, user experience, customer feedback, and technology to build reports and dashboards that support flawless candidate, hiring manager, and recruiter experiences.

OUTCOMES DRIVEN BY THIS ROLE

• Creation, delivery, and maintenance of reports, models, ad hoc requests, and dashboards for end users, ensuring data quality, accuracy, consistency, reliability, and completeness
Compilation of data from diverse sources on multiple platforms (Workday, Qualtrics, Gartner, Power BI, etc.)
• Analysis and interpretation of data to find opportunities to fine-tune processes or refine approaches to elevate the candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager experience
• Documentation of data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements
• Creation, maintenance, and launch of process auditing to ensure compliance, alignment to standard methodologies, and consistency
• Support for business users in requirements-gathering, documentation, and analysis to ensure that delivered reporting and analytics are best-suited to address business needs

OUR MOST SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

• 3-5 years of experience, with at least 1 year of direct Workday experience.
• Report-writing expertise in Workday, including the creation of dashboards and calculated fields (must-have)
• Expertise in Excel and PowerBI or Tableau
• The ability to deliver results and recommendations in written, verbal and presentation form for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Skills in problem solving, research, and quantitative analysis
• Demonstrated ability to gather information systematically, consider a broad range of issues or factors, and use accurate logic in analysis.
• Initiative to independently design and develop own deliverables while still being a great teammate.
• A need to get things done, a proven sense of urgency, drive, ownership, and accountability; organization and project management skills
• Resourcefulness and a knack for navigating challenges independently
• Teamwork and partnership skills, experience breaking down silos and bringing partners together, influencing and persuading others with your strong change leadership skills
