PURPOSE: To manage and maintain vendor relationships, to coordinate the receipt, staging, loading, balancing, error reporting and reconciliation of vendor files and outgoing credit files, to troubleshoot and analyze data issues, and to respond to special requests.
q College Degree or relevant experience
q Knowledge of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Access, Sequel Server) including the ability to design queries and stored procedures, troubleshoot and analyze data.
q Willing to work hours to get the job done.
q Outstanding data analysis skills, including the ability to find the source of problems and to devise and communicate solutions
q Willingness to work closely with MIS personnel in order to solve problems and implement solutions
q Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environment
q Capability to work closely with Management Team in order to meet client needs and to resolve issues regarding vendors, dealers and dealer groups
q A comprehensive knowledge of the our program, processes and website
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
q Importing, exporting and applying data
q Ability to write specifications for complex client projects
q Scripting and stored procedures
q Design and implement imports and extracts
q Creating, modifying, troubleshooting SQL jobs and procedures
q Must be able to understand existing relational data and extremely complex business rules
q Ability to interpret client request and extract, manipulate, format, and present data leading to meaningful conclusions
