The Contracts Administrative Assistant will support contract processing by preparing contracts per direction from the sales team and facilitating contract execution and distribution including the report of sale for new business. This person will help ensure the business receives these reports timely and without error.
Be key point of contact for the processing and distributing of Data Breach contracts and ROS.
Data enter necessary report inputs into excel
Use acrobat reader to combine all necessary documentation and present to executive management for approval.
Ensure detail is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
Ability to close read terms and conditions and call out non-compliant items.
Ability to update contract language to conform to client and sales teams requests.
Manage recurring contract related reporting to support internal teams.
Requirements for the role include
Experience in data entry and report preparation.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Keen attention to detail with the ability to track and manage multiple projects at one time.
A passion for organization and proactive planning.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Acrobat
Self-starter with a successful track record of working independently.
Excellent judgment, discretion, and diplomacy.
Professionalism and ability to interact with executive level management.
