Data Flow and Collection Analyst, SeniorKey Role:Work as a data flow and collection analyst to support clients with solving difficult problems by focusing on data flow issues. Leverage current knowledge of data flow, collection management, and optimization to successfully help the client with a wide variety data processing issues and optimizations. Work to optimize current systems by using past knowledge and working as a team member to solve complex data issues. Analyze, implement, and manage large-scale data flow and management plans on behalf of the client. Focus on developing and improving data flow models and explaining them to colleagues. Develop and maintain technical documentation for data flow and collection and assist the client with managing their data flow and collection needs.
Basic Qualifications:-4+ years of experience in the SIGINT community-4+ years of experience with collection optimization, collection management, targeting and tasking, survey, data flow, and modeling-Current TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required-HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:-Experience with network routing technologies-Experience with signals analysis-Experience with host and network infrastructure-Experience with network mapping-Experience with telephony and mobile technologies-Experience with network enumeration-Experience with access development-Experience with protocol analysis-Experience with using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to document methodologies and present results-Knowledge of basic scripting and programing languages, including C++ and Python for analysis-Ability to mentor other staff members-Ability to work across different divisions, organizations, and leadership chains to influence change-Possession of excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
