Job Description: Provide administrative support and assistance to the Chief Technology Officer and personnel of Information Services. Answer telephone, direct calls to appropriate staff and ensure urgent messages are delivered. Schedule meetings, conference calls, training, vendor onsite visits, and interviews. Handle correspondence and tasks related to hiring new employees. Inventory and order office supplies. Create and edit memos and reports. Implement new procedures and/or changes in current procedures that will improve departmental efficiency. Perform all general office duties, correspondence, mail, FedEx, special projects as assigned.
Requirements: Experience in administrative role with high level clerical aptitude and excellent communication skills. The ability to organize work, set priorities, perform routine duties independently, and operate with integrity. Knowledge of PC s, office equipment, office management. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Must complete the Credit Union s Basic Module Program within 24 months of hire date as a condition of employment. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday.
