Come join CSRA, Inc. to support our Army National Guard EOSS III program in Arlington, Virginia . We have been awarded a contract for providing Enterprise Operations and Security Services (EOSS) concept support to the US Army National Guard (ARNG). We are seeking a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) in our Arlington, Virginia office. The Deputy Program Manager is second only to the CSRA PM in accountability for supporting one of the Nation’s largest mission focused DoD .mil networks. This position is responsible for the effective delivery and support of current services to the Army National Guard’s GuardNet enterprise. The DPMs direct government counterpart is the Chief of the ARNG’s Regional Cyber Center. The EOSS Program is an ITIL framed organization delivering enterprise IT services in support of the Army National Guard’s missions through GuardNet. GuardNet is the .mil accredited network providing mission essential IT infrastructure and services integrating the 54 States, Territories, the District of Columbia, and all federal level National Guard Bureau and Army National Guard organizations.This team provides full IT service spectrum support (Strategy, Design, Transition, Operations) under a cost plus award fee managed services contract. GuardNet services include; Directory, PKI, VTC, WAN, (BMC) ITSM application as a service, CND (Firewall, IPS, logging), IA (policy, analysis, incident capture, remediation assistance, reporting), and Enterprise Service Desk (supporting both EOSS services and Tier 1 for select ARNG services and other ARNG service providers). Service support includes; Computing environment support, Accreditation, Monitoring, CI Management, Access control, in/out of band management, 24x7 NOSC operations, ITSM application support, DR/COOP capabilities for EOSS services, and Tier 2 technical support for State based IT services. EOSS is an ISO 20000:2011 certified program with a +15 year record of meeting or exceeding service levels aligned with ARNG mission support.#dicepost#cjobs


The DPM enforces accountability for delivery through senior leaders and designated service and process owners. This role interfaces with the government and focuses program activities to meet the government’s current priorities, insures service targets remain relevant, directs consistent performance across the life cycle of support, and drives continuous improvements within current delivery. The DPM mentors senior staff to enforce ITIL processes and PMI disciplines assuring consistent and quality delivery. The DPM Reports directly to the Program Manager as a member of a tight nit Program core Leadership team in a highly collaborative environment. Responsible for hiring, retention, compensation, and conduct of performance reviews for the senior program staff delivering current project, initiatives, deployments, and operational services. Qualified candidates will have extensive team and organizational leadership experience working with the business customer, managing senior leaders, and meeting challenging mission support objectives. Specific experience in an IT managed services environment defining and delivering to critical success and key performance indicators aligned to customer mission impacts. Must be a technical “hands on” manager who can communicate and implement a strong vision for continuing our outstanding record of service delivery. Must have experience in an ITIL framed environment and demonstrated organizational innovation, optimization, and adaptability to changing customer mission needs over time.Must have prior success in a “no-fail” 24x7 IT support environment focused on consistent, continually improving, and mission critical IT services. Best candidates will have direct experience with DoD, Reserve Component, directly with the Army National Guard or equivalent experience in mission critical government agencies and commercial support.


  • DoD 8570 IAM level 1 certification (CAP, GSLC, Security +CE, or higher level certification such as CISSP, CASP CE, CSSLP)
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience (10 years IT service delivery experience) or Master degree in IT related field (five years IT management experience)
  • PMI PMP certification desired
