Job Description

  • Partner directly with Content Designers, Researchers, Product Managers, Analysts, and business stakeholders to to help them develop approaches to solve member problems
  • Capture new requirements and requests from your partner team
  • Create high quality user experiences that aim to help members make financial progress with their automobiles
  • 3+ years of relevant product design experience
  • 1+ years of experience working on consumer-facing iOS or Android apps 
  • Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar
  • Portfolio of successfully launched projects 
  • At least 1 case study of collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to launch a product in market
  • Have specialized in FinTech design, experience in automotive space, or scaled applications
  • Direct your creativity towards improvements in team process, communication and culture
  • Experience partnering with researchers to gain insight and develop strategies to deliver high impact approaches 
  • Are passionate about connecting complex products that span multiple industries and platforms
  • A demonstrated history of leveraging data collection mechanisms to create meaningful product experiences
  • Vehicle member improvements

    Credit connected insurance
    - V1 polish and launch
    - Re-marketing with policy rate
  • Extensive experience using remote data collection tools (e.g., UserTesting, Dscout).
    Proficiency helping designers and product managers run evaluative research in UserTesting.
    Proficiency in research storytelling (e.g., research artifacts, slide decks, video highlight reels)
    Proficiency working with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into product (e.g., workshops, sprints)
    Proficiency in quantitative research methods a plus but not required (e.g., surveys, analytics, statistical analysis).
  • Complete 2-3 projects for the Home Team (details to be determined).
    Create research artifacts to visually convey research narratives.
    Collaborate with cross-functional team to apply and integrate insights into product (e.g., workshops, sprints).
