Job Description

  • Day-to-day technical support of issues, maintenance, analysis, and troubleshooting
  • Repair and operational support of hardware and software infrastructure
  • UAT testing of new hardware or software before deployments
  • Supporting, Designing, Developing IT infrastructure and applications
  • Managing IT environment with city of Trenton’s security guidelines
  • Support application development teams before, during and after migration to production environment
