Our client has a new opportunity for an onsite Desktop Support Technician to support the team in Dallas, TX. The candidate should be available Monday through Friday 8a to 5p.

Scope of Activity:

  • Experienced providing support to VIP end users in an enterprise environment
  • Provide support for Dell laptops and desktops
  • Utilize standard client (AC) image with MS Office
  • Work with legacy applications all on a virtualized environment using Citrix
  • Support Apple and Android Tablets and Phones
  • Provide support for Symbol HHT / printers, Lexmark and Ricoh

Experience / Skills Required:
  • Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills including PC hardware and software, printers, and networks
  • Experience imaging PCs
  • Experience working with incident management tools and software packages
  • Knowledge and experience working with MS Office Suite and other relevant software programs
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with well-developed interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, tact, and discretion
  • Team player with strong work ethic, standards, initiative, attention to detail, and a quality orientation
  • Citrix experience is a plus
  • Ticketing experience but Service Now is a plus
  • Experienced with Windows 10 and Office 365
