We are currently looking for: IT Support Analyst opportunity

Job Title: IT Support/ Desktop Analyst
Location: New London, CT
Duration: 6+ Months
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: DOE

Required Skills
- At least 10+ years of experience in Tier I & II IT support for the user base.
- Strong knowledge in install, repair, and maintain IT equipment including Windows/Mac laptops, printers, warehouse specific equipment like barcode scanners, VoIP phones, iPads, and video conference equipment.
- Knowledgeable in Administer 3CX VoIP system and eFax accounts.
- Strong administrator functions in Windows Active Directory and O365.
- Perform and maintain yearly physical inventory
- Work closely with off-shore and offsite Service Desk and arrange remote technical SMEs to deliver the best practices
- Strong Knowledge in Order supplies - monitors, printers, phones, etc.
