Job Description

Job Title: Desktop Support Technician in West Palm Beach, FL Duration: Long Term

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience providing desktop support within a Microsoft Active Directory and
    networked LAN/WAN environment.
  • Experience supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10 Enterprise desktop systems.
  • Experience supporting Windows 10 Virtual Desktops within a VM Ware or Nutanix Citrix environment.
  • Experience supporting the MS Office 365 Suite, Adobe and other desktop applications.
  • Experience supporting various types of desktop hardware including: Dell Laptops and Desktops, MS Surface Tablets, Dell Wyse Thin Clients, MAC and iOS devices.
  • Experience performing desktop installations, moves, adds, changes, and providing peripheral support.
  • Experience using a desktop inventory tracking system.
  • Experience using a ticketing system.
  • Work will be assigned and tracked using the Remedyforce ticketing system.
  • Experience providing customer support.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
