Responsibilities of the Desktop Support:
* Under General Supervision, The Desktop Support is responsible for both first level and second level support by responding to and diagnosing problems through discussions with users
* Problem recognition
* Desktop Support will handle research, isolation and resolution steps
* Typically is able to resolve less complex problems immediately
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
