Seeking an experienced PC Tech with 1-3 years' current hands-on experience in troubleshooting software and hardware in enterprise Microsoft environments. Contract is renewed on an annual basis. Opportunity for career advancement. This position is 40-hrs per week, Mon-Fri and benefits eligible.
You will be responsible for providing technical support to internal enterprise customers. Processing requests and set-up for computer equipment as well as T1-2 troubleshooting. Will participate in special network/infrastructure projects and administrative tasks as assigned, i.e., upgrades, migrations, refreshes, etc.
Previous service desk/help desk combo or desktop support experience.
Working knowledge of Windows systems, i.e., O365, Windows 10 OS, basic Exchange Server, VDI, TCP/IP, VPN.
Audio-visual conferencing experience in a business environment is a plus.
Technology degree and/or industry-relevant certifications are a plus.
Must enjoy the customer-service aspect of the job.
Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer and be able to pass criminal background/drug screens.
