Job Description

What You Will Do

  • Image and provision PC’s and Laptops
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • We will be moving boxes from site to site
  • Make calls to help clarify
  • Field incoming help requests from end users via phone and work orders, and perform post-resolution follow-ups
  • Apply diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting
  • Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization
  • Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, implementing file backups and configuring systems and applications
  • Test fixes to ensure the problem has been adequately resolved

Skills and Experience You Will Need


  • Experience with desktop operating systems, including Windows, Linux and Mac OS X
  • Knowledge of basic computer hardware
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening and questioning
