Title : Desktop Support / Help Desk Service Specialist
Location: Trenton, NJ
Mode of Interview: One round of interview- In-person /Face to face (Mandatory)
- 2+years of strong experience in below skillset:
- The Resource to deploy and maintain new desktop and network printers on the Treasury network including Hewlett Packard, Dell, Xerox and other models.
- The candidate will need to get additional clearance from the Tax division which makes sure all taxes are paid and up to date which could delay the start date.
- Deploy, repair and maintain desktop and network printers on the Treasury network including Hewlett Packard, Dell, Xerox and other models.
- Build printer queues for new printers and update print drivers for all printers.
- Manage print server queues on the print servers.
- Work directly with Xerox on site technician for keeping multi function devices maintained.
- Work with Xerox phone support to order parts and/or service
- Deals with IT Professionals and End user Clients
- Works well independently or with a team
- Ability to lift 25 Pounds
