Overview

This position would be responsible for monitoring various support/BAU development requests that are received by The Treasury team and will be responsible for resolving/implementing them in a timely manner. Lead will also be responsible for handling all compliance needs of the applications including periodic ACLC, Self identified issues, SOX and other audit requirements, handling application incidents. A team of offshore development and support resources will be associated with the lead to provide after hours support. The lead will also draw upon development team for support where required. Lead will also interface with vendor tech teams for support for vendor products.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output.
  • Identifying Requirements - Determines system requirements and communicates them through the use of specifications, reports, project plans, or other forms of documentation. Identifies issues that affect system processes, and assists in correcting. Ensures compliance through testing and analysis.
  • Reporting - Produces advanced reporting based on data analysis, user input, and system testing. Identifies patterns, problems, and areas of improvement. May develop process enhancements based on analysis results.
  • System Support - Provides expert technical support for systems by responding to escalated inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve the end-user experience. Implements recommended modifications and enhancements. Serves as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units, offering guidance on systems and data output.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support

Preferred qualifications

Strong Development experience especially in SSIS/SQL and Microsoft technologies

Experience in providing L1 to L3 support for applications preferably in Banking

Experience and knowledge of corporate treasury, cash management and payment applications will be a plus

Experience with the application incident, problem, change management process in large institution especially Banks.

Experience working with vendors for hosted applications

Should be motivated to learn new applications
