Digital Experience Manager

Justification:
As the partnership and franchise lines of business grow, marketing support is needed to set up new landing pages for new partners and franchisees. In the past, this would have cost $30,000 per website (estimating 20-30 per year that would average to be more than $600,000). With the new AEM website, this can be done with one full-time resource.

Role Overview:
This position is on Fiserv s quickly expanding Digital Growth Team. The Digital Growth Team is responsible for designing/building digital experiences, execution of digital campaigns, and reporting results.

The Digital Experience Producer will work closely with the Franchise, Enterprise and Partnership teams to transfer the Fiserv digital identity onto clients and partners websites and digital properties. This consultant has an opportunity to work with tens, if not hundreds, of brands.

The consultant s mission is to create fresh designs, using the Fiserv logo and colors, that position the brand competitively in 4 key industries: restaurants, retail, services businesses and banks. The consultant will research the visual identity of competitors and identify opportunities to improve Fiserv web and digital marketing designs.

This role is 80% focused on directing Fiserv designers and 20% hands-on, creating wireframes, mockups, etc.

Responsibilities
Oversee design for a portfolio of Fiserv/Clover websites, with the goal of delivering world-class website experiences
Create innovative visual design solutions that incorporate Fiserv and clients / partners branding, to better position against competitors web designs
Work closely with the Digital Producers (web project managers) to plan and execute the development of landing pages, new and existing web pages, or new page components
Collaborate with Fiserv creative, technical and sales teams to plan and test new designs
Develop wireframes, UX/UI flows and design mockups

Qualifications
5+ years experience with UX design
Ideal if have been a creative director for multiple website design projects
Experience designing for B2B brands. Ideal if designed for B2B and B2C
Experience using Sketch and Figma
Ideal if have experience Adobe Experience Manager but not a requirement
Experience working in a Fortune 500 company is a plus
Strong process orientation with key eye for detail and optimization opportunities
Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environment with changing requirements
