Job Description


This technology sales manager position will be responsible for managing the complete sales-cycle from qualification, discovery, requirements gathering, proposal development, negotiations and contracts.


The ideal candidate should have a strong Integration Services & Technology Sales background and understanding of Integration technologies like Software AG, MuleSoft, IBM, Dell Bhoomi, etc is a plus.


Demonstrate effectiveness in Net New sales with emphasis on Integration Technology platforms form MuleSoft, Software AG, IBM etc.


Minimum of 8-10 years of demonstrated sales experience across integration technologies for companies in the $500 million to $3 billion range and above.


Quota attainment equivalent to $2-3 million per annum that includes net-new customers along with services business.


Prior software selling experience working with direct/indirect channel sales.


Exhibit effectiveness in customer-facing meetings and live engagements.


Excellence in building senior and executive relationships with key customer stakeholders.


Demonstrated effectiveness in business development and lead qualification.


Ability to maintain a pipeline of 20-30 active prospects and ability to convert 6-8 customers per year averaging 2 net-new logos per quarter.


Ability to effectively utilize CRM to manage assigned territory.


Industry experience across Manufacturing, Wholesale & Distribution, Retail, Oil & Gas, Chemical and Energy Sectors.
