TCG has a growing client that is seeking an Analyst to join their Digital Marketing Team. You will manage assigned direct channels and all activities (e.g., e-mail, social media, mobile), driving and developing omni-channel marketing and communication programs/campaigns to support marketing/customer development strategies and offerings. Will determine possible testing and/or campaign initiatives, including measurement/testing plans and required supporting capabilities. Will develop and implement best-in-class consumer-centric program/campaign strategies. Identify opportunities to improve program/campaign analysis and reporting efficiencies. Partners with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, IT) to develop requirements that meet business needs, enable successful project completion, and improve overall digital investment efficiency through insights and analytics.
* BS | BA in marketing or related degree
* Experience in database marketing role, incl. strategic business analysis aptitude in displaying and communicating data results within a CRM focused environment
* Experience customer data, analytics, and reporting function with emphasis on marketing, business intelligence, and data mining
