The Creative Group is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Strategist to play a key role in a marketing team for our client in the Health & Wellness industry. This position will be responsible for implementing an effective lead nurturing program that guides prospects through the buyer journey through segmentation and lead scoring, using marketing automation best practices. The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for executing marketing campaigns designed to engage, educate, acquire, and nurture patients using a marketing automation platform. This is a full-time, 3-month contract-to-hire opportunity in Salem, OR.
Administration and management of our Pardot implementation, including streamlining existing flows and working closely with Marketing to build out campaigns, streams, landing page forms, etc.
Develop and execute marketing automation journeys to acquire new customers and to engage and grow existing customers
Optimization of lead scoring and distribution methodology to ensure quality leads are routed through Pardot/salesforce and notifications are sent to the sales team, increasing efficiencies and conversion rates
Assist Marketing with segmenting and leveraging the marketing database for greater campaign efficiency and effectiveness
Leverage Salesforce and Pardot and other tools to create dashboards and reports to track the ROI of marketing activities and ensure effectiveness and continued investment
Interpret and translate metrics into insightful analysis to drive change and campaign performance
Assist in the creation of engaging online content including landing pages, infographics, videos, graphics and blogs; monitor and analyze content success
Bring to the table a thorough knowledge of best practices and processes for marketing automation and ensure these are in place to maintain the integrity of the Pardot data and garner the best results from campaigns
Actively drive, organize, and participate in key enhancements in both Pardot and Salesforce
Troubleshoot and QA campaigns, workflows, data issues, and other key marketing ops functions and ensure accurate synchronization between the Pardot and Salesforce databases
Ensure required data is captured at all customer touchpoints and accurate synchronization between Pardot and Salesforce dashboards Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or experience in a related field
MUST have working knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot and Google AdWords as well as some knowledge of HTML
2+ years of experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns with a marketing automation platform
2+ years of experience in digital marketing disciplines, including social, SEO/SEM, organic and paid search, and retargeting
Leverage excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Able to independently define, schedule and manage all tasks and prioritize workload effectively under tight deadlines (be a multitasker)
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Adobe Creative Suite InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator is preferred
