Job Description

This position can be remote.

The position is a Digital Strategy Manager of Enterprise Search and will be responsible for defining the strategy and roadmap for digital capabilities that enable customers to successfully search, find, evaluate & choose products during their customer journey.

Will work closely with digital partners across the organization to define, design, execute, manage/monitor and deliver results for site navigation and search, product experience, and recommendations and merchandising.

Must be a strong digital leader with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Define vision and strategy for digital findability capabilities (search, navigate, evaluate & select) in support of an omni-channel customer experience
  • Leverage expert-level knowledge of B2B customer needs and best practices in findability to strategically evolve our digital capabilities and customer experience.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on findability, providing analysis of existing functionality, benchmarking competitors, and providing insights to best practices.
  • Review, recommend, and monitor KPI s related to findability and success of this experience in achieving business objectives.
  • Define roadmap, plan and approach for flexibly achieving optimal findability to meet the needs of a diverse range of customers
  • Translate roadmap into documentation including robust epics, user stories/requirements, acceptance criteria, and process flows
  • Work cross-organizationally and build strong relationships with business units, digital marketing, customer experience, customer support, product data and taxonomy, and other technology functional areas to ensure alignment with opportunities, roadmap, priorities and related release activities
  • Create and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing work in upcoming sprints
  • Ensure product acceptance and readiness at key phases of the delivery cycle
  • Lead communication efforts around the product, priorities and future roadmaps

 

Qualifications

  • Digital Product Management/Ownership experience B2B products required.
  • Experience with complex, broad/deep product catalog.
  • Experience developing B2B digital capabilities/experiences for global users.
  • Experience managing a team of product managers, business analysts, and/or functional analysts.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Search engines and search/findability functionality like semantic search, natural language processing, SEO, chat bots, artificial Intelligence, and machine learning
  • High level of comfort with Content Management Systems, PIM and eCommerce platforms, DAM, Excel, Google Analytics
  • Expert individual contributor with an ability to collaborate with teams across businesses, functions and geographies
  • Superior organizational skills, including proven ability to manage multiple,
