Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related field or related experience
  • IT Management: 5 years
  • Recent experience working in an Agile SDLC environment
  • Recent experience working in a Cloud-based, SaaS environment
  • Recent experience with VOIP and Contact Centers




As the Director of IT you will be responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions in a Cloud-based, SaaS environment. The Director of IT will provide support and maintenance of existing applications and development as well as new technical solutions

Recent hands-on experience is a huge plus, but you will also have support of outside Managed Services.



Principal Responsibilities

  • Analyzes complex business needs presented by President and recommends technical solutions
  • Ensures the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions
  • Produces detailed timeline for each application release and implements effective project control by monitoring the progress of the software release and reporting the status
  • Participates on all hardware and software evaluations
  • Represents the IT function at customer review meeting when appropriate
  • Perform liaison duties between users, operations, and personnel in the areas of systems design, modifications or troubleshooting
  • Actively participates in the design of our business platform to include new features, bug fixes, and improvements.



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience managing an MS Azure cloud-based infrastructure for back office
  • Salesforce, or similar CRM, admin and basic development experience
  • Experience planning, designing and implementing an ERP solution for a mid-sized company
  • Experience with cloud-based authentication strategies for SSO
  • Experience designing, implementing and administering a VOIP solution for telephony and Contact Center functions.
  • Automation of tasks using PowerShell or Python in a MS Windows environment.
  • Proven ability to lead a progressive IT department
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Solid writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and motivate professional staff
  • Vendor Management experience in a largely cloud-based and SaaS environment.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Broad knowledge of data processing systems, concepts, and methodologies
  • Understanding of general business practices to help shape technology decision
