The Director of Mental Health Clinical Services will have demonstrable experience as a clinical SME in the delivery of mental health clinical services, with specific experience in implementing state and county mental health clinical case management systems. This position will support our delivery and business development teams.
" Serves as a mental health clinical subject matter expert with existing client accounts
" Supports the delivery team by participating in client discussions, requirements analysis, design, testing and demonstrations
" Actively participates in the creative design of new clinical product offerings and features based on current healthcare related trends or client requests.
" Serves as a clinically focused resource to other members of the business development team as well as analysts and development and quality control staff, providing clinically relevant product use case scenarios.
" Interacts with business users to understand new business requirements and enhancement requests
" Interacts with Systems teams during the software build and/or configuration process and testing process.
" Applies clinical knowledge to integrate business requirements into workflows, creating efficiencies in the work process for care managers
" Assists in supporting implementations and releases.
" Serves a liaison role between client users and internal IT groups
" Serves as a skilled clinical resource in support of non-clinical team members
" Assists in user manual updates
" Demonstrates new functionality to client users
" Supports the training process by assisting with training content creation
" Creates use case demo scenarios/scripts for our technology
" Actively participates in the sales process by preparing for and participating in prospective client discussions, demonstrations, orals, contract negotiations
" Creates white papers; conduct webinars
" Participates as a key member of our capture/proposal team to win new business
" Continually improves domain knowledge, maintaining a thorough and comprehensive understanding of regulations, policies and procedures related to Government Healthcare and MCO's
" Thorough and broad understanding of Mental Health Clinical Care Management Workflows.
" Experience using systems to electronically bill mental health claims to Medicaid/Medicare
" Highly adaptable work style; will be amenable to operating under stated guidelines and standards
" Possesses senior level functional knowledge of care management technology.

Location: Remote position or Columbia, Maryland
