Responsible for the strategy, requirements, and execution of key hardware areas of the PlantPAx Process Automation System.
Maintains system capability needs across process industry segments to drive current and future product development.
Routinely engages with customers and industry marketing teams.
Responsible for coordinating with engineering on product development, business partner activities, cost, and schedule.
Recommends the expansion of PlantPAx portfolio through business development activities to accelerate growth.
Develops PlantPAx positioning based on competitive analysis and strategies for all existing and new system capabilities.
Assesses the total market and available market for PlantPAx and prepares demand forecasts.
Responsible for developing short and long range business plans for PlantPAx in working with Sales, Market Development, Industry Marketing, Partners and other Rockwell product groups.
Responsible for meeting market share, revenue and margin commitments to the business.
Supports product promotion and new product introduction process, including sales training, commercial campaigns and participation in industry consortia.
Must be widely regarded as an expert in Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and DCS migrations.
Excellent influencing capabilities.
Efficient in MS Office products.
