Please note that this is a 6 months contract position.
You will work closely with the Global Campus Lead and Staffing Team to design a diversity recruiting campus strategy that will enable the region to achieve its campus and intern diversity hiring goals. You will be the primary campus hiring and intern point of contact for our Global Talent Acquisition team and we will rely on you to develop, share and implement consistent campus hiring best practices, processes and tools.
To be successful at this role you will need to be a diversity and inclusion subject matter expert, able to implement and advice on industry best practices, manage university relationships, collaborate and partner across the function and cross-functionally in implementing and monitoring our campus and intern recruiting program. Our innovative team has global responsibility so your ability to interface with remote team members and work independently will be necessary.
Responsibilities include the following:
Create a diversity hiring strategy, focusing on HBCUs
Develop and nurture relationships with key HBCUs, college placement offices, key faculty, student groups and diversity associations and manage the year-round university relationships to ensure we are creating long-term partnerships with top academic institutions
Translate the global campus strategy goals and intern hiring targets for each business into recruitment strategies and implement these strategies to meet the needs of the businesses; be creative, cost-effective, and timely while attracting quality, diverse candidates
Partner and consult with our Global Campus Lead to align on goals and strategies
Select the right tactic to support the strategy and apply a mix of approaches according to needs & budget (virtual events, open houses, career fairs…)Plan, coordinate and attend these events.
