Role: Dot Net Portal Developer

Is any remote work allowed? Yes, role is remote for the time being. If/when client site opens, resource will be onsite. Job Description:
Support a data center migration by analyzing impacts to portal applications due to server name changes.
Define approach and execute performance testing for custom developed .net portal
Under minimal supervision, analyze, design, build and test changes in an agile environment to portal based application for one or more of the following functional areas: Provider or Member
Review design and build deliverables from other developers in the project team.
Design and develop software applications using industry best practices including OO design principles, Test Driven Development, Design Patterns, Security and Performance
Assist team lead in planning and overseeing work products of other developers in the project team.
Researches problems and develops solutions to the problems. Identify root causes and troubleshoot/resolve data, performance, and/or system issues.
Utilizes change management system to version code changes and follow approved change management processes.
Work closely with business analysts to understand business and functional requirements and ensure application development meets those requirements.
Work closely with application architects to ensure application development meets technical requirements and adheres to architecture standards.
Produce high-quality documentation that is accurate and consistent with current project standards.
Take hands-on approach with technical resources to design and implement necessary changes to meet technical requirements.
Coordinate testing and defect resolutions with test and development teams.
Identify, escalate, and manage project issues. Skills:
5+ years .NET Required:
Minimum 5 years of experience in development or enhancement of .NET products
Minimum 3 years of experience in .NET Asynchronous processing
Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack software development
Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-tiered architectures
Minimum 3 years of experience using MS TFS, Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio
Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI interface development using ASP.NET MVC, WebApi, C#, Razor, HTML5, CSS, JS, jQuery, JSON, AJAX and Bootstrap
Minimum 5 years of experience in SQL 2008, 2012 or 2014 with the ability to write and debug stored procedures
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of experience working in Healthcare industry.
Must be able to work same schedule as Agile project team Preferred:
Understanding of applying SOLID principles
Experience in Design Patterns - MVC and MVP
ETL based skiils with expertise in developing and configuring SSIS Packages
Experience in automated unit testing using Microsoft fakes and moq Framework
Integrating with legacy systems using COM technology
Experience with creating SSRS reports
Experience in building Windows Workflow based solutions
Experience in design/develop/deployment leveraging SOA, SaaS, Services - WCF, SOAP and REST
Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies
Experience with performance testing with tools like HP Loadrunner
Functional experience on Medicaid Systems on Provider, Member, or claims processing areas.
Experience in assisting team lead in planning and overseeing work products of other developers in the project team
