Act as a liaison between the business client and technical team by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems solved through Duck Creek Product Suite
Support client’s organizational transformation goals by understanding the operational current state, future state and business values; helping to define and drive business solutions to meet the transformation goals
Analyze and provide input on the methodologies and frameworks to be used during the requirement and execution of projects
Lead requirements elicitation sessions to understand business problems and how DCT Billing solution address them while assessing impact to existing functionality and business processes
Must possess good understanding of DCT Billing core functionalities such as Direct Billing, Agency Billing, Payment Processing, Scheduling and corresponding third-party integrations
Use deep Duck Creek Billing knowledge and business operations consulting experience in delivering flexible, innovative business models
Understand client’s requirements on Billing and its business liabilities.
Identify configuration/customization needed in Duck Creek Billing product according to client’s business needs and operations.
Determine the gaps between requirements and product functionalities and define workable solutions to bridge the gaps with focus on OOB Offerings
Be part of a scrum team and participate in daily stand ups, lead grooming sessions, author user stories, attend size/commit sessions, provide feedback in retrospectives
Be responsible for producing business requirement artifacts – including Use Cases, Business and Message Rules, User Stories, Supplemental (Non-Functional) Specifications, and collaborate with User Experience Group for User Interface Design Specifications – for the large and complex projects.
Work directly with all levels through to senior management across the organization and be considered as a high-level expert.
Engage at the pre-sales stage to ensure the business drivers are understood and that the solutions proposed are targeted to help meet the business value / KPI’s indicated.
Minimum 10+ years in the P&C insurance industry preferably in Core Transformation (Duck Creek Suite implementations) with excellent knowledge of Billing System systems in Personal/ Commercial/ Specialty lines of business.
Experience leading a business requirement process with both technical and business partners
At least 5+ years of experience in Duck Creek Billing module
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with Customer Business Analyst, External Partners and Mindtree Team to create the synergy, bridge the gap of requirement understanding flow from Customer Business SME to DEV and QA
Proficient in analysis techniques required for COTS implementation – Gap analysis, Business Process Engineering etc.
Have in-depth functional knowledge of Insurance Billing to marry technical architecture to business system requirements & ability to drive UAT
Experience delivering in agile methodology
Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships with Customer Business Group
Solid conflict management and decision-making skills
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
Experience with digital technologies, BPM tools and basic understanding of Duck Creek technical architecture
Great of have knowledge of Industry Need and Latest Solution Offering in Claims through Digital Solutions
Experience in the US and Australia Insurance market a big plus
Must be willing to travel based on the organization/project requirement
