Role Description :
Defines the scope or boundary of the concepts.
Includes Systems Boundary Document, Cost Benefit Analysis, Risk Management Plan, and Feasibility Study.
Develops a Project Management Plan and other Planning documents.
Provides the basis for acquiring the resources needed to achieve a solution.
Experience in Cost Benefit Analysis

Qualifications/Requirements:

Ensures completion of deliverables and objectives of the project within budget and timeline

Provides direction on the day-to-day activities to drive timely delivery in meeting objectives

Finalizes and delivers communications (progress updates, decisions, change in staff/structure, achievement, risks, etc.)

Is accountable for program delivery of integrated business, data and IT solutions within timelines, budget, and quality standards

Owns strategic alignment between workstreams, primarily at WS lead level

Leads by example towards the whole program: energizing and collaborative mindset / accessible to program members

Leads communications, both formally (newsletter, email, etc.) and informally (e.g. bi-weekly stand-up with whole program)

Owns content preparation for Steering Committee, and ensures coordination in advance of Steering Committee with the Business Owner

Leads the management and mitigation of risks

Supports the resourcing of team members based on appropriate skills and interests

Provides ongoing monitoring of project scope, assumptions, and client commitments (i.e., resources) with client

Provides guidance to workstream leads for set up of agile sprint and release teams

Promotes two-way communications between project team and stakeholders

Manages client expectations of project processes, execution and scope
