Job Description

We are seeking a Manager to oversee a team supporting multiple MS Dynamics 365 cloud initiatives for our $5BB client. This position can be 100% REMOTE.

This is a Full Time (Direct Hire) opportunity with an industry-leading company! We seek a strong leader that has been part of hands-on and leading MS Dynamics (D365 CRM / Sales) specifically initiatives. Proven experience in leading and directing teams of functional and technical talent, and vendor management.

In this role, you will provide hands-on technical leadership to the development team and manage resource demand and deliverables for projects, tasks, and support. They also provide direction for resolving technical incidents, problem management, and root cause analysis and maintain systems and services to be stable, available efficient, and effective. The major initiatives will focus on multiple areas of the business including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Information systems.

DUTIES:

·        Oversee the delivery of Dynamics 365 implementation projects

·        Inter team collaboration and consensus building

·        Analyzing the business strategic roadmap needs & processes and recommending efficiencies through technology

·        Creating, maintaining, and enforcing IT business standards, and procedures

·        Collaborate and coordinate with IT Management, technical, and business organization team members to define, execute, and implement agreed-upon development strategy for strategic business initiatives through the full software development life cycle (SDLC).

·        Work with end-users, IT, and other impacted areas and stakeholders to plan and prepare for implementation.

REQUIRES:

·        BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline or a combination of education and experience

·        Strong understanding of the Dynamic 365 CRM solution life cycle management (D365 platform expert preferred)

·        8+ years of professional experience in application and database development (SDLC) with Microsoft Technology Toolsets

·        5+ years of team management on Dynamics 365 implementation projects

·        3+ years in Technical Leadership role with Dynamics 356 in Field Service Mobility and/or Sales

·        Functional and Technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and configuration, web service programming, development, and Application Integration capabilities

·        Experience working and managing 3rd party vendors
