Job Description

The Manager Site Operations oversees the operational functions on website and APP. This position reports to the VP Digital Experience and works closely with the Creative, Buying and Planning, Merchants, and IT Departments. The Manager Site Operations collaborates daily with cross-functional partners and is responsible for daily, seasonal, etc., updates on the site and APP both optimizing our core business as well as driving the
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Oversees a team of 5 direct reports (Sr. Web Content Specialist, Web Content Specialist, two eCom Site Developers, SEO Analyst)
• Responsible for Site and APP optimization strategies leveraged by industry trends, competitive research, and business needs.
• Develop best practices for web, taking UI/UX best practices into consideration and a mobile-first approach
• Build, optimize and maintain documentation of processes for all aspects of platform operations
• Work closely with product team, site optimization, IT, and analytics teams on larger projects as it relates to larger eCommerce roadmap
• Responsible for UAT and final sign-off on agile and omni tracks prior to going live
• Triage with Web Production Support/IT team to troubleshoot production issues as they arise
• Work closely with Product and IT teams as it relates to eComm Agile & Omni initiatives
• Maintain companywide Marketing Calendar for Web, APP, GMB based off of seasonal content and promotional calendars
• Work collaboratively with multiple 3rd party vendors to maintain a smooth and cost-effective operation. Ensure costs are within budgeted guidelines and will be the point person for all finance, operations, and technical support teams within the company.
• Utilize Google Analytics to provide monthly/seasonal reporting
• Responsible for all SEO initiatives
• Manage successful and on-time delivery of product marketing assets and campaigns and ensure the day-to-day execution of department deliverables are met
• Problem solve and escalate project-related issues with the Merchandising, Marketing, Creative Design, Retail/Store Ops, etc.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend and lift/move up to 10 pounds. May lift/move up to 30 pounds occasionally
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in ECommerce production/site operations, project and/or production management
• Understanding of and familiarity with key digital trends, usability concepts, and online best practices
• Familiarity with content management tools, website analytics, and reporting; experience with Demandware a plus
• Outstanding analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Dreamweaver is a big plus
• Proficient in all MS Office applications.
• Illustrates a dedication to meeting requirements of internal and external customers, responding to all customer requests promptly and thoroughly
• Strong communication skills including the ability to work in a team environment, give honest, direct feedback, and is a solid verbal and written communicator
• Enthusiasm and awareness regarding fashion and industry trends.
• Meets deadlines, prioritize appropriately, copes well with change, and maintains composure under pressure.
• Is accountable for results approaches obstacles proactively and looks for ways to resolve problems and issues.
