We are seeking individuals who are interested in careers in the Information Technology field.

Description:
Analyze and Review business requirement shared by the Client
Create data mapping. Identify any gaps in data mapping and Business Requirement Document and review with the business team and close the gaps
Create Functional Specification Document (FSD), Review the FSD with the technology team and business team. Incorporate feedback and route the FSD for Project Management Office (PMO) approval
Develop logical and physical data model. Review the data model and make revisions based on the feedback from the team
Develop the overall technical approach to design the solution and review with the team to identify any risk
Develop software using Hadoop technologies like Spark, Scala, Python, HBase, Hive, Cloudera.
Implement BigData tools and methods of data processing and ingestion as a member of the Credit Analytics and Reporting team
Create the Deployment and backout gameplan for code deployment to the higher environments like SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and Production environments
Prepare the test plan and test case documents for testing the code and functionality
Working with the Business Analyst team to support UAT testing and obtain sign off
Support production deployments, validate the code deployments, work with operation team to kick off the auto system job and validate the data
Participate in the daily touchpoint meetings, set up review meetings, prepare status updates on a periodic basis

Responsibilities:

Manage Data Quality activities and maintain the CFSA Data Quality Plan

Maintain data inventories and when possible reduce data capture and maintenance systems

Develop agendas, schedule meetings, develop action items for the Data Quality Committee and its subcommittees

Conduct data quality analysis and develop recommendations for the Committees

Develop a documentation framework (using online capabilities such as SharePoint, Wiki, other tools)

to continuously capture and update data quality standards, exception report processing,

data and domain definitions

Develop and maintain a report catalog

Support development of a campaign to raise the level of awareness and action on the part of staff members to

contribute to solving our data quality issues versus contributing to them

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related field.
