Job Description

Responsibilities

Project Management
o Determine security systems at site and identify project impact
o Determine which projects need Security Supplier support: Alarm/Video/Trackers
o Review type of ATM and existing security systems/equipment; leverage use of existing equipment
o Obtain proposals to support the installation of the security systems associated with the ATM Refresh projects
o Coordinate notification and scheduling Security Supplier support
o Track work performed and ensure completed per proposals
o Coordinate scheduling of return trips as necessary
o Ensure Jobs are completed and Supplier check outs recorded; follow-up with Suppliers as required
o Communicate project completion to Agency Project Manager (PM)/Project Coordinator (PC)

Network Management

o Attain subnet / port information from GTI for IP cams
o Request IP addresses via Hostmaster for IP camera equipped ATMs
o Notify Project Manager if WRM has not been submitted
o Identify 4G Network / IP camera combinations
o Collect MAC addresses/Network information
o Provide device information to Global Security Tech to update Verum, JMPC s network device management database
o Assist in trouble-shooting network issues encountered by Security Suppliers
o Communicate with GTI/GNS to correct network issues/missing cables

Financial
o Identify JLL/CBRE (Agency) Project Manager (PM) and Project Coordinator (PC) for each ATM
o Submit Supplier proposals to the respective Agency PM/PC to obtain commitment/purchase order (PO)
o Provide commitment/PO to Security Supplier
o Process change orders as needed
o Notify Agency PM/PC to any situations requiring a budget adjustment
o Communicate to Agency PM/PC approval of Supplier completion of project per proposal

DVR Upgrade Planning
o Review project sites and identify 4000 series DVRs that will not support digital cameras
o Ensure NVR can support additional IP camera(s)
o Create / Issue MACD tickets for replacement/additional NVR
o Schedule Video Supplier prior to Refresh or day of Refresh

Conference Calls & Meetings Participate in daily/weekly calls to plan, coordinate and provide status updates
o ATM Portfolio Check Point daily, hour
o ATM Refresh Conference Call weekly, hour
o CBRE ATM Activity Two-Week Look Ahead weekly, one hour
o NE Coordination Call weekly, one hour
o ATM Deployment Program and Project Status weekly, one hour
o ATM Vendor Call Refresh weekly, one hour
o Hysosung Call weekly, one hour
o NCR Call weekly, hour
o Touch Point GS, GTI & GRE weekly, one hour
o Adhoc Meetings

Reporting
o Compile project data from Project Management system; OneView Project (OVP); ATM Project Management Group; Accounts Payable; share point sites; data bases
o Validate invoice payments
o Compile & distribute weekly ATM Refresh Report
o Compile weekly project activity report
o Maintain daily project tracking sheet
o Adhoc reports as requested
