Job Title ETL Operations Analyst
Job Location/Studio/Work Address Minneapolis MN/ Remote till COvid
Roles/Responsibilities
Should be experienced in ETL production support activities to maintain operational day-to-day IT functions for the business applications with Informatica as ETL Tool and Tivoli Workload scheduler or Tidal as scheduling tool.
Experience in bug fixing and development is an added advantage.

Required Skills
Strong ETL fundamentals and extensive knowledge of Informatica.
Should have extensive knowledge of handling the ETL production batches and should be able to take care of ETL batch recoveries in case any infrastructure issue.
Sound knowledge of scheduling tools like Tivoli Workload scheduler &Tidal.
Knowledge of dev/test/prod environment for debugging any kind of production issue in lower environment.
Provides technical assistance for incoming data issues related queries and issues related to the software products/technologies.
Performs root cause analysis to determine nature of production issues as they arise and provide the permanent fix for the issues.
Troubleshooting experience and handling call with Informatica Product team
Experience with administrative, migration and product upgrades in Informatica PowerCenter space; should be experienced with installation and setup
Candidate should have good Unix Scripting knowledge (Shell, Perl, Python etc.)
Knowledge on mainframe technology.
Good Communication skills.
Required Qualifications (5 8 bullet points on must have skills)
5-7 years of experience in Informatica Power Center.
Strong attention to detail and with ability to focus on quality and efficiency.
Ability to communicate and articulate technical information across various organizational levels.
Highly innovative problem solver with strong analytical and customer service abilities required.
High reasoning aptitude and ability to quickly understand complex operating environments.
Strong thought leadership and motivation with the ability to work independently
Ability to work in a diverse multi-national and multi-vendor environment.
Ability to support working outside of normal business hours to provide after hour or "on-call" support when necessary to solve high profile incidents/problems.
