End User Support/Desktop Support Analyst; Philadelphia, PA 19104

My client, a health system in Philadelphia, is seeking an End User Support Analyst for a 12 month+ contract opportunity.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a helpdesk environment
  • Hands on experience with Windows 7, Window 10 migrations, MS Office applications
  • Functional knowledge of O365, Active Directory, Citrix, Damware, SCCM, ServiceNow
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience deploying and supporting desktops, laptops and printers

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLES/ABILITIES:
  • Analytical skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Multi-tasking and prioritization skills necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints
  • Effective customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and must be a team player

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Strong troubleshooting skills around Windows 10 and 7
  2. Strong troubleshooting skills around Office365
  3. Experience working with ServiceNow
  4. SCCM
  5. BitLocker

Compensation:

$18.00/Hour W2 to $20.00/Hour W2
