Job Description

Responsibilities
Designs, develops, tests and evaluates electrical, mechanical, and/or computer components, equipment and systems. Experienced with frequent use and application of technical standards, principles and theories. Works under general supervision, providing solutions to technical problems of moderate scope/complexity.

Qualifications
Requires 2 to 5 years with BS/BA or 0 to 2 years with MS/MA/MBA or 8 to 10 years with no degree.
Experience or familiarity with the following technologies:

  • MS Visual Studio, C#, WCF, .Net, Angular, Java (Open JDK)/JavaScript, Full SDLC methodologies, RDBMS/SQL experience (MS SQL and/or Oracle), Secure programming, Cryptography

  • Development experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) or Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). TIBCO is preferred.



  • OS experience to include Windows and Red Hat Linux

  • Networking experience to include F5 and its Big-IP operating system.



  • Hands-on experience with Hardware Security Module (HSM). nCipher "nShield" is preferred, SafeNet "Luna" product acceptable


Desired skills and certifications: General PKI HID CMS API (CCM API)
Certified Smart Card Industry Professional (CSCIP), CSCIP or CSCIP/Government certifications, Certified System Engineer ICAM PACS (CSEIP)
