Enterprise Desktop and Device Manager
Provide Leadership, Mentoring, and Management of Desktop Support and Coordinator teams. Participate on system or project committees as needed.
Ensure uniform performance and presentation throughout enterprise.
Travel occasionally via driving to other sites to support customers, projects, staff.
Build strong internal customer relationships while prioritizing key business initiatives.
Design and Implement Software Distribution, for both Desktop and Mobile OS Devices, that encompasses modern imaging, packaging, and deployment best practices.
Managing various types of system images.
Drive future strategy and planning for Desktop and Device Technologies.
Incident management, documentation.
Bachelor s Degree
Three to Five years of experience in IT team management
Five to Ten years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP, and group policies.
ITIL Certification + other certifications (for example, A+, Network, MCSE, etc)
Extensive knowledge of desktop software; Win 7/10, MAC OS, iOS, Android, antivius, remote management, asset management and inventory planning
Ability to plan meeting of SLA (Service Level Agreements).
Enterprise monitoring and reporting systems
Experience in a healthcare or lab environment
