Entry Level IT Help Desk Representative Role:
The Entry Level IT Help Desk Representative will staff an IT Hotline to address any IT issues associated with new employees.
Some IT experience is required but company will train on the primary areas of focus.
Desire to learn and work in an IT position.
Entry Level IT Help Desk Representative Background Profile:
High School diploma or equivalent
Customer Service and Phone experience is required
Some IT Experience is required along with the desire to learn and work in an IT position
Excellent customer service skills over the phone and via email
Familiar with MS Office Suite
Will be trained on the company s Hotline Ticket software
Needs to be comfortable learning new software
Will be trained on the primary IT areas of focus regarding the questions you will be answering
Patience, energy and desire to help new employees is required
