Entry Level IT Recruiter/ Recruiter Trainee
We will consider candidates with no recruiting experience.
-Search job boards and Linked In for suitable candidates for our active IT jobs.
-Search our existing database for appropriate candidates and continually update the database and stay in touch with candidates
-Screen candidates and obtain relevant information about their skills, experience and career goals
-Present candidates to clients
-Obtain feedback from clients and deliver to candidates
-Four year degree
-Excellent communication skills
-Strong work ethic
-Burning desire to succeed
-Detailed oriented personality with strong organizational skills
-Outgoing friendly nature with ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and clients
-An interest in the IT field and familiarity with basic IT concepts and terms
-Willingness to work long hours if necessary.
Any sales experience, especially technology sales is a plus
Recruiting experience is a plus but definitely not required.
Technology experience is a plus.
