Our client is currently seeking a Entry Level Recruiter/ON SITE
Entry Recruiter to support our staffing needs. Salary & Commission based position.

In this role, you will perform full life-cycle recruiting for complex global technical and non-technical positions in various divisions throughout the company with a focus on recruitment for our IT & Engineering Organization.
You will partner with, educate and influence hiring managers on employment policies and procedures, source and prescreen candidates through internet recruiting resources and databases (as well as other sources), conduct candidate screening calls, and schedule interviews, develop and extend job offers, and fill openings with high caliber candidates.
You will utilize our tools such as the applicant tracking system to enter timely and detailed information with a focus on the metrics around diversity hires and Time to Fill metric, as well as frequent communication across the HR team.
Must be highly proficient in the identification and selection of highly technical and engineering oriented candidates;
Must be proficient in the use of social media to effect the desired result with job search and placements;
Must have the ability to develop and manage the candidate selection process and placements across the organization.
Must be able to identify, develop and manage effective recruiting strategies and processes;
Manage the selection and on-boarding of new candidates; Establish and utilize a thorough vetting process to ensure that work history, education, training, license and job skills are in line with the requirement of the position and the company's objectives; Be the company's initial point of contact for recruiting; Represent the company when/where necessary at internal/external professional meetings in the areas of recruiting and human resources; Support Internal Business Stakeholders. Use Application tracking system to track and add in potential candidates created by skill set. Maintain company confidentiality; Track, produce and maintain monthly, semi-annual and annual reports on recruiting metrics to include, but not limited to, effectiveness, resource allocation and cost.
Entry Level to 1+ Years of full lifecycle recruiting experience both technical and non-technical.
Blend of Corporate and Staffing Recruitment Experience
Excellent communication and customer services skills
