Job Description


What will you do

  • Provide 3rd Level technical support for assigned Draeger products and systems following the global Escalation process DCS SE1900
  • Offer on-site technical support/expertise for installation, configuration, implementation and maintenance of customer sites worldwide.
  • Offer remote-maintenance, diagnosis and repair, as well as global support for workstations.
  • Coordinate escalations to the responsible Life Cycle Engineering and Quality department

Who you are

Education:


  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology/related field (e.g. electronics) or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.


Related Experience:


  • 5 years in Technical Service or IT/software environment.
  • Knowledge of IT, electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Several years of experience supporting Windows-based software, networking and Linux. OR 5 years in Technical Service or Patient monitoring Environment.
  • Knowledge of vital signs patient monitoring (ECG and heart rate, arrhythmia monitoring, ST monitoring, respiratory, blood pressure, CO, spo2).
