The IT Executive Service team provides desktop support to the Executives on incidents, problems and requests for desktops, laptops, telephony, mobile devices and network connectivity. Responsibilities include the daily operations of the systems software, hardware, peripherals, calls, incidents, problem analysis and resolution.

Your Primary Responsibilities
  • Technical aptitude to diagnose and resolve root cause.
  • Experience working with Active Directory
  • Basic Audio-Visual support knowledge for Cisco / Crestron systems
  • Home Support Visits
  • RSA Authentication Manager
  • Ability to detail work and understand technical procedural
  • Ability to use ServiceNow (Ticketing tool) to lead Technology Service Management calls/incidents/tasks
  • Strong understanding of network transfer protocols for supported services
  • Strong solid understanding of Apple technology (Mac OS, iCloud, iPad OS and iPhones)
  • Experience using McAfee Drive Encryption and Antivirus
  • Advance knowledge of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Virtualization (VMware\\Citrix), vSphere Client support
  • Windows' workstation and operating system support including solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365 suite
  • Excellent knowledge of desktop/laptop and mobile devices (Apple mobile/Android devices / Microsoft Intune Administration, iPhones, iPads, Macs) including enterprise deployment and support

Talents Needed for Success
  • 6 + years of related experience in the executive support
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Support experience in a sophisticated environment
  • Experience in the Financial industry is a plus
