Job Description



  • Performing recruitment duties such as scheduling interviews, sending calendar invites and interview confirmations.
  • Monitoring to and responding to candidate emails.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Team with screening candidate resumes.
  • Provide support for University Recruiting
  • Preparing and posting jobs to appropriate websites.
  • Following up with candidates during the recruitment process.
  • Assisting successful candidates with the pre-employment and onboarding process
  • Other various administrative recruiting-related activities




  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required and 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an HR environment at minimum.
  • Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes is
  • Experience using Taleo applicant tracking system is preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.

There could be opportunity for flexible work arrangements (in-person + remote). Manager will determine working requirements once trained.
