Field Sales Representative/Account Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven, experienced, and competitive Sales Executive to join our thriving Company and assist our key strategic clients.
In this role, you will be focused on leveraging existing and new contacts within large enterprise accounts to cultivate strategic relationships focused on selling the BIAS portfolio of professional services as well as all of the products and cloud services from Oracle.
- Leverage existing contacts and relationships to foster strategic relationships for BIAS Solutions based on Oracle technology
- Promote and sell BIAS Product and Service Offerings
- Leverage Practice leads for specific technology expertise
- Be able to work cross-functionally across the organization and understand the BIAS core competencies and how they fit into your customer base
- Immediately leverage past contacts from your customer portfolio and share BIAS value based selling strategy
- Leverage internal tools to develop Account strategy and be able to provide a 30/60/90 Call to Action Plan that increases pipeline activity
- Measure all sales activities in sales force inclusive of leads generated from Oracle relationships, BIAS events, and personal networking
- Demonstrate knowledge around industry trends and best practices and create solutions that illustrate your understanding of the customers business
- Apply your knowledge to creatively position and promote innovative solutions leveraging multiple BIAS consulting practice areas
- Actively work and collaborate with internal BIAS colleagues to drive large strategic engagements with customers that solve for well-defined customer problems
- Create account strategy and action plan for territory to deliver growth in product and services margin
- Develop knowledge of BIAS client projects, Oracle technology, and lessons learned to become an industry thought leader and drive BIAS's success into our next generation of growth
- Work closely with marketing to develop demand generation and sales plays to drive product and services pipeline
- Develop lasting and bi-directional high value relationships with the Oracle Team and Executive Management
- Travel to customer locations as necessary
- Proven success selling Information Technology services into large organizations
- Understand the complexity of large organization buying patterns and influence maps
- History of creating and executing the full life cycle of large-scale deals
- Referenceable examples of working with VP, SVP, and C-level execs on strategic engagements that created high value results for the customer.
- 5+ years of experience selling Oracle technology and / or 5 years of selling consulting services in the enterprise technology space
