Field Service Engineer

Technical Skill Set:

  • Windows/Mac experience required
  • Remedy or Heat acceptable
  • SCCM, Jamf /Casper, Active Directory, Systems Admin experience, SAP support
  • Experience with ITIL
  • Experience with Endpoint management services and tools, preferably SCCM, Casper, Active Directory, and VMWare platforms.
  • Experience with Linux preferred.

Job Description:

  • Create a documentation process, policies, and procedures. Must also be able to manage the overall scope, quality, and effectiveness of documentation.
  • Develop and modify documentation for known resolutions and solutions to recurring problems within the Knowledge Base/FAQ.
  • Analyze trends within ticket systems with teams to identify chronic problems, that may affect clients.
  • Design and deploy standard client support process, plan and schedule installation and deployment process
  • Partner with vendors and teams to assist with root cause analysis, problem management to ensure efficient operations.


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Must be flexible and adaptive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to take ownership of technical issues.
  • Ability to  work with other teams to resolve technical issues
  • Excellent diagnostic skills and working knowledge of technology to resolve customer complaints independently.


Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
